Overview
The RedMagic 12 Pro is the global version of nubia's gaming flagship, announced on 3 November 2026 after the China-only RedMagic 12 Pro+ debuted in mid-October. Its 6.85-inch 1.5K OLED runs at a 185Hz refresh rate with a true full-screen design — no notch or punch-hole, thanks to a ninth-generation under-display 16MP selfie camera — and the phone keeps the AquaCore 3.0 dual-loop RGB liquid cooling with a 25,500 RPM fan. Cameras are a 50MP main sensor with optical stabilisation plus a 50MP ultrawide. Power comes from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Extreme Gen 6 with the RedCore R5 gaming chip, up to 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage, and the 8400mAh battery is one of the largest in any flagship. Two downgrades separate the global model from the China Pro+: wired charging drops from 120W to 80W (with 80W wireless added), and the shoulder triggers are rated at 520Hz instead of 700Hz. On Android 17 with REDMAGIC OS 12, with 520Hz shoulder triggers, stereo speakers, Wi-Fi 7 and an IP68/IP69 rating, the 12 Pro is a purpose-built esports phone that goes on open sale on 18 November 2026 — with no Pakistan launch announced, so any local units would be grey-market imports.
