Overview
The Huawei nova 16s Pro launched globally in September 2026 as the photography flagship of the nova line, and opened for pre-order in the Philippines on 30 October 2026. Its 6.84-inch LTPO OLED display adapts from 1Hz to 120Hz with a 6,000-nit peak, and a 7,000mAh battery with 100W SuperCharge Turbo sits in a slim 7.1mm, 218g body with IP65 protection and Kunlun Glass. The camera system is the reason to buy it: a 200MP RYYB main sensor with OIS, a 50MP RYYB periscope telephoto with 3.7x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom, a 50MP RYYB ultrawide, and True-to-Colour multispectral sensors on both the front and back for accurate skin tones. The Kirin 9010S chipset with 12GB of RAM delivers near-flagship speed, and a 50MP front camera with its own multispectral sensor targets selfie photography. On the software side it runs EMUI 16, without Google Mobile Services, as with other recent Huawei phones. It is aimed at buyers who want the most capable cameras in a mid-range Huawei phone, accepting the missing Google apps in return. No Pakistan launch or price has been announced; in the Philippines it costs PHP 44,999 for 12GB/256GB. Colours: Isle Blue, Breathing Crystal, Starry Black.
Gaming review
The Kirin 9010S with a 1-120Hz LTPO OLED runs demanding titles smoothly, though this is a camera-first phone — there is no active cooling or dedicated gaming hardware.
Price notes
Price notes: Philippines pre-order from 30 Oct 2026 (PHP 44,999 SRP, PHP 39,999 pre-order for 12GB/256GB); no Pakistan price announced
