Overview
The HMD Aura is an ultra-budget 4G phone that quietly went on sale in Australia in May 2024 as a cheaper alternative to the Pulse. It offers a 6.56-inch display, a big 5000mAh battery and the increasingly rare rear-mounted fingerprint reader. Running Android 13 on the entry-level Unisoc SC9863A1, it is aimed squarely at first-time and backup-phone buyers.
